This card was totally inspired by a card on Ana Wohlfahrt's blog Ink A Stamp. I love her style and the way she uses layering on her cards, and I just had to try this card layout... All credit goes to Ana for this card layout. Thanks!
I made this card today for someone special. My dear friend Mia's mom (Cindi) has been very ill, and recently had surgery to remove her bladder(to remove cancer). According to her doctors, she will be spending two weeks in the hospital. I wanted to make this card especially for her to brighten her day. I know she has a long road ahead but with much prayer she will continue to stay strong and get through this rough time in her life.
This card was made using all CTMH products. I used the new Level 2 Paper Packet - Caprice. The colors featured are Chocolate, Crystal Blue, Honey and Vanilla Cream. Ink used is Chocolate, Honey and Crystal Blue. The My Acrylics stamp set used for this card is Celebrate Life. Ribbon and Brads are both Chocolate. Misc supplies used were Marvy scalloped circle punch and paper piercer.
Hope everyone is having a great Monday. Take time out today to enjoy something you love. Until tomorrow!
