MY JOURNEY CALLED LIFE...

I made this Journal for a friend of mine. I don't want to elaborate on the exact details of why I made this gift for him as it is private time in his life right now but I did want to share how super cute this notebook came out after I got my hands on it... This is a new 5 subject notebook that I un-spiralled and altered then put back together. Of course, all the products used are copyright Close To My Heart. Some details: I used the CTMH B&T paper from the winter collection the color is Moonstruck. The stamped map in the middle to compliment the "journey" is an old CTMH wooded mounted world map. I stamped that in Basic Black Ink. I matted it on some Moonstruck cardstock and then again on white daisy. I used my photo corner punch to punch the B&T gingham paper to mat the edges of the map. The pictures really do show the simplicity and the details better that I can explain. I did make my own dividers with cardstock and the B&T paper and my corner round. No need to by a a punch when it's pretty easy to make your own. To finish it off I added three white daisy bigger brads and made this super cute paper clip so he can keep the spot he is at in his journal... I gave it to him on Monday, and he was so excited and thankful that someone made him something so special. Enjoy!
