Today, I wanted to mix it up and bring you a quick Bella card I made for a Sew Simple Stitch Challenge over at the Paper Pretties yahoo group... Don't worry I will finish off the week with the remaining two Autumn cards from Pink Cat StudiosPink Cat Studio.
The "Prettie Girls" over at the Paper Pretties yahoo group issue us members a weekly challenge and this week it was "Sew Simple" add stitching to your card! It is really fun to have challenges every week. I think it helps to get your brain going.
As, you can see I used my Jammie Bella, and stamped her with Black Stazon, paper pieced her jammie bottoms and colored the rest with my prisma markers. The patterned paper is from the new DCWV Winter mat stack. I used the DCWV white stitching rub-ons to add my stitching... LOVE them super easy! Also, some Making Memories rub-ons for the "Get Well." The cardstock is just some misc. I had laying around and I thought it matched really well so I used is, so sorry not sure the color names! The final touches were adding some silver brads and white organdy ribbon!
The doctors visit went well yesterday, I am having alot of blood work done and running some tests, but yes it's official "I'm PREGNANT!" My husband and I are very excited, and pray that everything will go as God plans. We can expect this little bundle of joy to be blessing our family around June 25, 2008!
