I am so excited, because I just signed up for Paper Pretties . Why am I so excited? Well, Paper Pretties is an awesome card class that gets delivered to your front door every month. The best part is you get new stamps, and other cool things. When you become part of the Paper Pretties family you get special member privileges. One of those, member privileges is you are invited to join the Paper Pretties exclusive yahoo group. This group has amazing talent and I am so excited to be able to complete challenges, swaps, and chat with these amazing ladies. Well, every week we get a challenge and this week in honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the challenge was to use pink ribbon on your card. Also, to be eligible you have to use a stamp set that has come in one of the previous Paper Pretties classes. Well, I have not even received my first class yet but, I went through the list and saw Hot Stuff from MFT was on it and I had this set. This made me eligible. My eyes lit up. I already had an idea in my head. So here it is... My first Paper Pretties weekly challenge submission. I got to play along!
About the card: The paper used here is from CTMH and is from the Level 2 More To Adore paper packet. The ink is CTMH Chocolate. I paper pieced her dress with coordinating paper from the packet. I used my prisma color markers for arms, and coffee mug. For the finishing touch I added the Baby Pink CTMH Bigger Brads, and the pink ribbon. Viola!
I am so excited how this card came out. I just love the colors and the way it all came together. Paper Pretties announces winners of the challenges, so we find out next week. I am more excited that I just got to play along with such amazing talent!
Well, you know the routine... Have a great day and I will be back tomorrow, with another card!
