I just loved using Singing in the RAIN Sophie and making this super fun pop up card. I thought these pop ups would be harder but once I made one I just LOVED it.

Now for this weeks challenge:

It's time for a TIC TAC TOE Challenge... Pick any three embellishments off the tic tac toe board and create a card using them. It's so much FUN, you are definitely going to want to play along.

Now for my card:

I used Bazzill cardstock along with patterned paper from GCD studios. I of course did some layering and I colored my image using my copic markers. For my TIC TAC TOE I picked... My Marvy Photo Corner punch in the top right corner. I used some yellow ribbon from Michael's in the center, and some Me & My Big Ideas rhinestones in the bottom left corner. This created my TIC TAC TOE on a diagonal. The sentiment is from CTMH and is stamped using Memento black ink, then punch with my nesting Marvy circle punches.

My First Card:

For my first card I used cardstock and patterned paper from DCWV. I used the brand new Sylvia Image from Tellen's Place. I colored her in using my copic markers. I added Me and My Big Ideas rhinestones and CTMH ribbon. I used my SU paper piercer to add the piercing around the edge. The sentiment is so me and will be available from Tellen's Place soon!

My Second Card:
For this card I used cardstock and paper from DCWV Citrus Stack. I used the brand new Shoe Shopper Image from Tellen's Place. She is a girl after my own heart. I colored her in using my copic markers... I did alot of layering with pop dots. The ribbon is from CTMH. The sentiment is very true of me and will be available at Tellen's Place soon!

Weekly Wednesday Challenge

This week our fellow design team member, Fink challenged us to a sketch challenge. Well, actually her dear daughter Taylor gave us this sketch...wink wink! Well, I loved this sketch and I must admit at first it was a bit challenging until I got it all laid out.

For my card I used all Close To My Heart papers. I love how well it all coordinates. My image is the absolutely adorable Ally with her little doll... This little girl has so much personality. I colored her using my Copic Markers. I added my famous bling rhinestones which are Recollections from Michael's. The flower is from the CTMH paper that I cut out and pop dotted up and added a rhinestone. It's an easy embellishment. The FRIEND sentiment is from CTMH and is stamped using Memento black ink.

WEDNESDAY CHALLENGE

This week, I have the pleasure of hosting the Tellen's Place Wednesday Challenge. I challenged my fellow DT members to a Sketch challenge! I designed this sketch with the theme keep it simple! That's exactly what I LOVE about the sketch. It's simple but has layering and a perfect spot for an awesome Tellen's Place Image and a sentiment. I mean what more do you need?

THE SKETCH:

Don't you just LOVE this girl? Attitude and all! LOL! I thought she was the perfect image for this sketch, but as we all know there are no limits!



For my card, I used DCWV Glitter Paper. The patterned paper is from SEI. I used my copic markers to color my image, and I am practicing on my shading. I added some Close To My Heart ribbon and some Recollections rhinestones. The sentiment is from MFT and I used my Stampin Up Word Window punch. I also used my coluzzle for the ovals.

Wednesday Challenge ~ Tellen's Place

This week over at Tellen's Place the talented Janie challenged the Design Team to use silver and blue with a New Year's theme. You can participate in the Weekly Wednesday Challenge HERE!!

From the moment I saw this Digi Image from Tellen's Place I have been wanting to use her. What is more perfect then New Year's? Everyone, is always starting the new year off with weight loss resolutions... I am no different... She will be my inspiration to be fit in 2010!

For my card, I used cardstock from DCWV Glitter stack and patterned paper from SEI. My image is courtesy of Tellen's place and my sentiment is made using my WORD program. I used my copic markers to color my image. The rhinestones are Recollections from Michael's. I used silver Stickles for her sparkling dumbbells.

Wednesday Challenge ~ Tellen's Place

It's Wednesday and it'a time for a Challenge over at Tellen's Place. This week the lovely Lyn has challenged us to a Black Base Card Challenge. It's pretty simple just use black cardstock for the base of your card. I realized that I don't use black cardstock as my base very often, so I had a hard time matching my patterned papers...

I decided to make this card all Black & White and the only color would be on my image. I used this awesome new digi of Edward and Santa's Elf. Since, I did the black & white theme I decided that Ba Hum Bug was going to be the perfect sentiment for this card.

Wednesday Challenge ~ Tellen's Place

It's Wednesday...and it's time for a Challenge over at Tellen's Place. This week the lovely Tanisha hosted our challenge and she challenged the DT to a paper piecing challenge. I must admit it has been a long time since I have done paper piecing...but, once I started this challenge I remember how much fun it is. I loved this challenge.

For my challenge card, I used the Edward digi. I just love him, as he reminds me of my little guy. Edward looks so cute in his Christmas jammies. I paper pieced everything in plaid and stripes. I used my SEI patterned paper and cardstock. I colored the un paper pieced parts of Edward with my Copic Markers. I added some CTMH white Bigger Brads and for the Merry Christmas sentiment I punched it with my Stampin' Up punches. I used white 3D paint to add the white dots.

My News & Tellen's Place Challenge

My news is sooooo EXCITING!!! Yesterday, I was given the opportunity to join the ladies at Tellen's Place on their Design Team. I of course, said..."YES!" I love the digi images over at Tellen's Place and I could not pass up the opportunity to join them.

Now for the Challenge & the Card:

Wednesdays, are Challenge Days over at Tellen's Place, and you won't want to miss this weeks challenge. This week the talented Lisa is challenging us to use Pink and Red on our cards with the theme focusing on Valentine's Day.

Valentine's is hard for me...I have never really been a Valentine's Day kinda girl but, I stepped up to the challenge and designed my card. I absolutely LOVE how it turned out. This image is awesome, and of course you can get her over at Tellen's Place.

About the Card: Cardstock is from SEI and Papertrey Ink. Patterned Paper is also SEI. Ribbon and brads are from CTMH. I used my Stampin Up! Paper Punches for the sentiment. I colored my image from Tellen's Place with my Copic Markers and added a little Stickles to her belt.
